Membership Dues 
   
 


What are the membership dues and when are they due?


$50 membership dues are due each year by December 1st.
You must pay these to remain a member of Ranchers Ride.

 

 
Tests 
   
 


Do we need up-to-date health papers and Coggins test results?


Yes, we need copies of your current health papers and a clear Coggins report (within the last 12 months) upon arrival.

 

 
Trek Fees 
   
 


When are the new member applications and trek fees due?


Applications for new members are due with the $250 trek fee on March 30, 2006.
No new applications will be accepted after this date.
There will be a limited number of new members accepted. Any applicants not accepted will be refunded their trek fees.

 

 


What is the refund policy?


Ranchers Ride will accept and refund money thru April 9, 2006.
There will be no exceptions after that date.

 

 


What are the late fees?


Late fees for riders are $50.
Late fees are only accepted up until April 9, 2006. No money will be accepted after April 9.

 

 


When is payment due for members?


$250 Member trek fees are due by March 30, 2006.
$300 Guest rider trek fees are also due by March 30, 2006. $50 late fees will be accepted up until April 9, 2006.
No money will be accepted after April 9,2006.

 

 


What is the cost of the ride?


For new applicants & 2nd year guest riders - $300
For members - $250
For party guest - $50 per person, per night (Thursday and Friday). $100 per person per night on Saturday. Saturday night transportation will be provided from Houston and back.

Is there water available for our horses?


Yes, we have two troughs to water your horses.

 

 


Does Welcome Hall have stalls for us to use?


No, you will need to provide your own portable stalls or tie your horse to the trailer.

 

 


Does Welcome Hall have showers?


Welcome Hall has separate showers for women and men.

 

 


Are there hook-ups at Welcome Hall?


No, you will need a generator and supply of water.
